I go as far as west as Oakville or north as Barrie, and Clarington to the east. Of course it depends on the property.

if you find a tenant and they provide 1st and last month rent we agree to lease and before moving in they had family situation and can not rent the place any more. what do we do. do we return all money? if yes do we have to pay you any thing or you will find another tenant?
Hi Raj,
If I find a tenant for you and they default, I keep the money and get another tenant. I get money from them too. This doesn’t happen very often. I take partial deposits so it’s usually less than one month’s rent.
I take the show me the money approach to rentals so this happens rarely. But it does happen.
